Exchange

A2A protocol v1.0 — HTTP+JSON binding for SendMessage. Body is a SendMessageRequest. Returns a Task whose artifacts hold the exchange receipt (for a manifest) or, for any other message, our grounded reply once the responder leg answers it (poll it: nothing is pushed).
