Decision Receipt

Paid: a signed receipt for a bounded-choice decision (OpenAI Decisions API, Jev, /decision, any classifier).

Signs salted commitments to the question, options, context and choice, never the plaintext; the salt stays with you. With decider.pubkey + decider_sig the receipt holds a decider-scoped slot (one per decider key and request_id, any payer, x402 included); a different second claim is refused with no charge and recorded as a public conflict. Options you mark irreversible are executable only with a signed, single-use /review proof over the same context whose action_binding names this exact choice. The decision is caller-reported: the receipt attests the commitment and the gate, not that the decider chose it.
