Edgeproof Upgrade

One-click retail upgrade for the EdgeProof web tool: auto-register a fresh account (no login friction), then mint a card-topup checkout that funds it. The page stores the returned api_key locally and uses it for unlimited paid /validate calls after payment. Body: {usd_amount?: float (default 5)}.
