Accept the provider's file(s), bundle to a zip, and hand off to the SHARED ingestion pipeline (unpack/parse/verify run in the BACKGROUND, never in the request path — PRD §4). Returns a receipt; the portal polls GET /provider/ uploads for the real per-file outcome.
