GET /v2/social/x/posts/{x_post_id}/reactions

Authenticated Early emoji reaction counts and viewer selections on an X post served by the X feed. Counts are Early-only (source: calld) and are never merged with X engagement. A post Indexer no longer holds returns 409 x_post_expired; Indexer failures return 503. Deprecated: use GET /v2/social/reactions with kind and id.

The X post id (x_post_id on SocialXFeedPost). The stored target is the post's Early UUID (id).
