PUT /v2/social/theses/{event_id}/reactions/{emoji}

Idempotently add the authenticated viewer's emoji reaction to a currently available imported thesis. Requires an unrestricted account. Only identity and app-owned interaction data are stored; upstream content is not copied. Deprecated: use POST /v2/social/reactions with a SocialReactionCommand body.

One emoji, URL-encoded: a pictograph with optional skin tone, presentation selector or ZWJ sequence, a flag pair, or a keycap. Any supported emoji is accepted; clients decide which to show first.
