GET /v2/social/theses/{event_id}/reactions

Authenticated CALLD emoji reaction counts and viewer selections on an imported thesis identified by its stable eventId. Current upstream visibility is required. External-platform counts are never merged. Missing or removed theses return 404; upstream failures return 503. Deprecated: use GET /v2/social/reactions with kind and id.
