Per-subject collection state from the indexer: not_monitored (no subject), pending (active, nothing collected yet), collected (success within twice the refresh interval), delayed (older success; cache usable up to 24h), budget_exhausted (daily credit cap reached; cache usable) or unavailable (provider permanent error). Private/no-store; shares the X feed read budget.
