GET /v2/social/reactions

CALLD emoji reaction counts on any supported target, grouped by emoji, plus which the viewer selected. Replaces the per-kind /reactions paths. Post targets allow anonymous reads where the post is public; every other kind requires sign-in. Returns 404 when the target is deleted or not visible to the viewer.

Required with kind=asset_comment.
