Create Mcp Link

Create a personal MCP link from a browser-agent signature.

The extension signs SHA-256 of anp2-mcp-link:{agent_id}:{created_at}, encoded as UTF-8, with the on-device key for agent_id. This challenge format is the extension compatibility contract.
