A2A Jsonrpc
Minimal A2A protocol v0.3 JSON-RPC 2.0 adapter.
Exposes ANP2 as an A2A-conformant peer so the a2aregistry.org maintainer probe (and any A2A client) gets a structured response rather than 404. Implements agent/getCard, message/send, and tasks/get. ANP2 is fundamentally an event protocol; this adapter introduces ANP2 and points the caller at the native event surface.
