Every push sent by app/scripts/send_push_announcement.py.

Two views of the same table, because they answer different questions. The summary answers "what have we ever sent, and did it land"; the row list answers "what exactly did this camper see". Both read push_campaign_sends, which is written by nothing else — the alert pipeline's notifications live on the Notifications page.

Note delivered is devices FCM ACCEPTED, and the row is written before the push is attempted. 0 / 2 therefore means claimed but nothing arrived, not a silent success.
