What a session loads from the workspace's files [read]

The workspace's context store, the files every session the caller starts loads (AGENTS.md, MEMORY.md, people/INDEX.md, projects/INDEX.md and the caller's own members/<handle>.md) with their sizes and limits, and the folders read on demand. What one session actually loaded is its contextFiles.
