Continue a chat that ran on the caller's computer (Claude Code or Codex) as a cloud thread of its own. native.archive (base64) resumes the same harness's session from its checkpoint; transcript ({path, sha256, bytes}) starts any agent knowing where the transcript will be put. 409 continue_pending means ask again with the same body.
