Fork a thread

Continue one agent's conversation in a thread of its own, on a computer of its own. columnId names the agent (the first when omitted); target ({agentType, llm?, reasoningEffort?} or {agentId, llm?}) moves it to another agent or model; messageId stops the carried conversation at that message. Asking again with the same requestId after fork_pending resumes the fork.
