Deprecated: the address of the web app running inside the session's pod [write]

Replaced by PUT /sessions/{id}/ports/{port} and POST …/ports/{port}/grants; kept for one release while the consumer app moves. Minted once per session and stable afterwards. port is what the app inside the pod listens on — 1024–65535, defaulting to the studio's own port. An archived session answers 400 session_archived.
