List saved agents

The caller's saved agents as My Agents lists them. ?for=composer lists the agents the composer offers (saved ones, then the ones listed in the workspace); ?for=form adds what the New agent form needs: the caller's skills, the channels an agent may allow, the longest name, and the provider account forms.
