The workspace's plugins as a Codex marketplace [read]

A Codex marketplace root: .agents/plugins/marketplace.json listing each plugin with a local source (./plugins/<name>, policy AVAILABLE / ON_INSTALL) and every plugin's package under plugins/<name>/, as GET /plugins/{id}/export writes it. It holds the AgentSky plugin, every switched-on, unblocked bundle, every skill attached to new chats (not a bundle's) and every custom MCP server; skipped names what was left out and why. Write the files under one folder and run codex plugin marketplace add <folder>. 400 invalid_request without format=codex; 413 export_too_large past 64 MB.
