Set how the product looks, which helpers may be hired, and which agents are this partner's [admin]

Send any of brand, helpers and agents; a part left out is left as it is. brand is replaced whole, or cleared with null. A person who signs up on one of this partner's hostnames gets a workspace that counts as the partner's: those hostnames list only the agents named in agents, and agents in those workspaces may hire only the helpers helpers allows (a refused hire answers 403 helper_not_allowed). 422 refused says in words what was wrong.
