Read authorized Mac host/device or browser download controls [read]

Lists exact advertised host and device_* names and input schemas from an owned online host mount. A browser mount lists only download, downloads, download_status and cancel_download, matching the REST allowlist; its complete browser MCP catalog remains unchanged. Does not expose a host token or raw IPC. Each operation retains its own authorization; device administration is separately authorized for device_* controls. Offline and revoked mounts fail.

Operation workspace slug; empty explicitly selects the owner's default workspace. Omit for the key-fixed workspace, otherwise the Mac enrollment workspace. The server checks key scope, ownership and workspace membership, and bound task workspace. Tool arguments cannot choose authorization scope.
