Create support ticket

For a failed or stuck swap, or a question: include the orderId and what happened (sent the wrong token or network? include the transaction hash; recovery is not guaranteed). Never include seed phrases or private keys. Returns data.ticketId, data.createdAt and data.replyToken: read Support's answer with GET /agent/support/tickets/{ticketId} (x-reply-token header) and follow up with POST /agent/support/tickets/{ticketId}/messages. Or email support@xmrtousdc.xyz.
