Funding guide: what the user needs before sending

Static guidance (packages/shared/src/funding.js), identical to the MCP tool get_funding_options, the MCP resource swapper://funding and the page https://xmrtousdc.xyz/guides/get-usdc-on-arbitrum. u2x (default): native USDC (not USDC.e) plus a little ETH for gas, both on Arbitrum One. x2u: XMR in the user's own Monero wallet. Routes and providers are informational, without endorsement. Swapper never holds keys, signs or moves funds.
