Slack Actions

Receive Slack interactivity pings.

The Verifa Slack app is notification-only — no buttons or modals are rendered on our cards, so this endpoint shouldn't receive action payloads in practice. We keep the route registered (and signature-verified) because it's still listed as the Interactivity Request URL in the app manifest and Slack will reject the manifest if it's removed. Returns 200 for any valid payload so Slack doesn't retry or disable interactivity.
