Salesforce Webhook

Handle Salesforce Outbound Messages.

Auth: when any enabled Salesforce integration stores a webhook_token credential, the request must carry a matching ?token= query param (constant-time compared). Returns 404 when no Salesforce integration is wired at all. Closes audit FINDING [SF-AUTH] for the pre-wiring surface; full SessionId/OrgId verification lands with the inbound sync build-out.
