Read the active indexed knowledge token quota, usage, remaining tokens and active chunk count. This is separate from per-file ten MiB upload limits and asset storage quota. Quota-limited ingestion can persist inactive knowledge; usage alone does not establish processing, scope, freshness, relevance or answer-time availability. Required permission: knowledge:read.
