Set knowledge source activation

Activate/deactivate an existing indexed source using sourceId from list_knowledge_sources. Enabling checks quota; asset-only sources return asset_has_no_knowledge_source and must use set_knowledge_asset_sharing. Managed website pages should use set_knowledge_website_selection. Read source detail (includeInactive=true) and usage afterward; activation does not recrawl or repair failed ingestion. Required permission: knowledge:write.
