Disconnect a channel

Use only for a requested disconnect of a discovered Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp or TikTok channel. Reuses native local channel/binding removal and recovery; webchat disconnect is unsupported. Does not promise deletion of guest history or revocation of provider-wide OAuth grants. Repeating the same missing channel is a no-op; read list_channels after an uncertain result before reconnecting. A current business-admin-owned credential is required. Requires channels:manage:write.
