Starts a manual sync in the background. Requires the jira-assets extension to be enabled for the organization and the extension.admin permission (Admin); 403 otherwise.

Response

Sync job queued ({ jobId, previousRunId }); the worker claims the run at pickup. Poll GET /extensions/jira-assets/sync/status until nothing is queued or running and latest_run is newer than previousRunId
