Checks that the extension can reach its remote service. The submitted { configuration } is overlaid on the stored configuration. Supported for mlflow, azure-ai-foundry and jira-assets; other keys return 200 with success false. Returns { success, message, testedAt }. Admin only. Requires role: Admin
