Create Subscription

Create a new subscription for an organization.

Requires:

  • organization_id: UUID of the organization to subscribe
  • plan_id: Subscription tier (silver, gold, platinum)
  • payment_method_id: Stripe payment method ID

User must be an OWNER or ADMIN of the organization.
