Create Subscription From Setup

Create a subscription using a PaymentMethod saved via SetupIntent. This is the second half of the client-first flow.

Expects:

  • organization_id: UUID of the organization
  • setup_intent_id: Stripe SetupIntent ID
  • plan_id: Subscription tier
