Change Subscription Plan

Change the subscription plan for an organization.

CRITICAL: This endpoint UPDATES the EXISTING subscription, never creates a new one.

  • For upgrades: Uses proration_behavior='create_prorations' (charges immediately)
  • For downgrades: Uses proration_behavior='none' (NO REFUNDS)

This prevents duplicate subscriptions which was the main issue.
