Cancel Subscription

Cancel the current subscription for an organization. By default, this will cancel at the end of the current billing period.

Query parameters:

  • organization_id: UUID of the organization

Args: cancel_data: Contains at_period_end parameter indicating when to cancel

High-level reason a user selects when cancelling a subscription.

Kept in sync with the frontend cancellation reason form. The order here is not significant; values are persisted verbatim for churn analysis.

Optional free-text elaboration on why the user is cancelling.
