Revoke Paper Share Endpoint

Stop sharing: revoke one paper link, terminally and idempotently (QA S1).

sharing.revoke, as DELETE /v1/live-share-links/{id}. Only a share_type 'paper' row of the caller's org bound to a practice run resolves; any other id is the typed 404 (PT2-58 keeps the generic revoke refusing paper rows, so this is a paper link's one revoke). Once revoked, the link's public reads are the constant unavailable 404.
