Paper Comparison Endpoint

The paper run's own comparison with its backtest over the same period, per bar, for the run page's chart (PT2-93).

runner.read, as the deployment detail read. A real, unknown or other org's id is the typed 404. Empty points until the first comparison is written, the night after the first bar closes.
