Superfinanciera Regulations Search

Search every Circular Externa, Carta Circular and Resolución the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia has issued since 2005, across all kinds and years at once. Filter by free text over the official description, by kind, year, exact number (with or without leading zeros), the bulletin it was published in, and the date it was issued (issued_from/issued_to). Results come back newest first with the Superintendencia's own description of what each act does and a link to the act itself. Served by Croma (as_of says how current the data is).

Dataset endpoint: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries as_of.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional client-chosen key for this request (any string up to 255 characters, e.g. a UUID). Every Croma operation is an idempotent lookup: repeating a request with the same body returns the same result and creates nothing, so retrying after a timeout or network failure is always safe. The key is echoed back in the Idempotency-Key response header so you can correlate a retry with its first attempt. Each attempt that reaches the API counts against the rate limit.

Kind of act: circular_externa (binding instructions), carta_circular (informative), resolucion (administrative act), or any.

yearinteger

Optional year the act was issued (2005 or later). 0 searches every year.

numberstring

Optional act number, with or without leading zeros (7, 007, 1195). A few acts carry a written number, e.g. Conjunta 002.

bulletinstring

Optional issue number of the Boletín del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público the act was published in.

issued_fromstring date

Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.

issued_tostring date

Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.

pageinteger

1-based page number for paginated results.

per_pageinteger

Results per page (1-50).
