Gaceta del Congreso Documents

Search everything the Colombian Congress has published in the Gaceta del Congreso since 2000, document by document: proyectos de ley as filed, informes de ponencia, actas de comisión y plenaria, textos aprobados y definitivos, informes de conciliación, objeciones presidenciales and conceptos. Search the full text, or filter by chamber, kind, and by the bill a document is about (bill_number, bill_year) to follow one proyecto de ley through every stage of its passage. Served by Croma (as_of says how current the data is).

Dataset endpoint: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries as_of.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional client-chosen key for this request (any string up to 255 characters, e.g. a UUID). Every Croma operation is an idempotent lookup: repeating a request with the same body returns the same result and creates nothing, so retrying after a timeout or network failure is always safe. The key is echoed back in the Idempotency-Key response header so you can correlate a retry with its first attempt. Each attempt that reaches the API counts against the rate limit.

Chamber: senado (Senado de la República), camara (Cámara de Representantes), or any.

kind'any' | 'proyecto' | 'ponencia' | 'acta' | 'texto' | 'conciliacion' | 'objecion' | 'concepto' | 'ley' | 'otro'

Kind of document: proyecto (a bill as filed), ponencia (a committee report), acta (minutes of a sitting), texto (an approved or definitive text), conciliacion, objecion, concepto, ley, otro, or any.

bill_numberstring

Optional number. Leading zeros are ignored, so 02 and 2 match the same thing.

bill_yearinteger

Optional year the bill was filed. 0 searches every year.

published_fromstring date

Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.

published_tostring date

Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.

pageinteger

1-based page number for paginated results.

per_pageinteger

Results per page (1-50).
