INVIMA Registrations Search

Search every sanitary registration (registro sanitario) and mandatory notification (NSO) INVIMA, Colombia's food and drug authority, has issued or let expire: about 385,000 across medicines, food and drinks, cosmetics, medical devices, diagnostic reagents, supplements, biologicals and more. Free text matches the product names, the holder and the companies and people in every role. Filter by registration_number (any spelling), holder (matched from the start), product_group (e.g. MEDICAMENTOS, COSMETICOS), status (vigente or vencido) and the expiry date (expires_from/expires_to). Each result carries the number, dates, holder, every product name and every party. Read one registration with invima_registration. Served by Croma (as_of says how current the data is).

Dataset endpoint: answers from the whole source in milliseconds and carries as_of.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional client-chosen key for this request (any string up to 255 characters, e.g. a UUID). Every Croma operation is an idempotent lookup: repeating a request with the same body returns the same result and creates nothing, so retrying after a timeout or network failure is always safe. The key is echoed back in the Idempotency-Key response header so you can correlate a retry with its first attempt. Each attempt that reaches the API counts against the rate limit.

registration_numberstring

Optional registration or notification number in any spelling, e.g. INVIMA 2020M-0019848, 2020M-0019848 or NSO-PC-C 32.233 -VE. Spaces, hyphens, dots and case are ignored.

holderstring

Optional holder (titular) of the registration, matched from the start. Case and accents are ignored.

product_groupstring

Optional product group as INVIMA names it: MEDICAMENTOS, ALIMENTOS, COSMETICOS, MEDICO QUIRURGICOS, REACTIVO DIAGNOSTICO, REACTIVOS IN VITRO, BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS, ASEO Y LIMPIEZA, SUPLEMENTO DIETARIO, BIOLOGICOS, HOMEOPATICOS, FITOTERAPEUTICO, ODONTOLOGICOS or PLAGUICIDAS. Case and accents are ignored.

statusstring

Optional status as INVIMA states it: vigente (in force) or vencido (expired). Case and accents are ignored.

expires_fromstring date

Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.

expires_tostring date

Optional date filter in yyyy-mm-dd format.

pageinteger

1-based page number for paginated results.

per_pageinteger

Results per page (1-100).
