Internal: Increment llm_visits counter for a content document or legacy generated page.

AGENTDESK-P2(PR-F): also carries the D16 edge signals into bot_visit.bot_score / .asn_description. They arrive as the same two trusted headers the answer-page and ask hops use, and extract_bot_signals applies the SAME trust gate — a caller that reaches this route without the internal token is rejected by verify_internal_key. As defense in depth, an unverified request gets its claimed score and ASN dropped, exactly as its claimed IP already is. Without that, anyone able to POST here could write arbitrary bot scores into a customer's attribution data.
