Get Latest Research Run Public

Get the most recent ready prompt research run for a brand.

This is the canonical 'what does my latest research show' endpoint — returns the same payload as /research/runs/{id} for the newest completed run. Falls back through the last 10 candidates to skip repair placeholders.
