Add Content Knowledge Text Public

Add a raw-text source to a brand's knowledge base.

Processing is async: the source returns with status='pending' and is chunked and embedded in the background. Poll GET /content/knowledge?view=sources for status (pending -> ready/error) and chunk counts.
