Get Narratives

List narratives or get a single narrative detail.

Without narrative_id: returns all narratives for the brand. With narrative_id: returns single narrative with latest snapshot and correctives. Use include=snapshots to embed snapshot history, include=correctives for correctives.

Requires Scale plan.
