Get Brands

List all brands accessible to your API key.

Returns brands available through direct membership, current team grants, or an active client assignment. Client assignments are always read-only. Optionally include markets, aliases, and/or the brand's own description with ?include=markets,aliases,profile. Filter to a single brand with ?brand_id=X.
