Read webhook limits and today's delivery counters

Returns the effective active-endpoint limit, sustained delivery rate and burst allowance together with UTC-day enqueue, attempt, success, failure and dead-letter counters. Delivery traffic above the rate is retained in the durable queue rather than rejected.
