filter'all' | 'exceptions' | 'arriving_soon' | 'demurrage_risk'

Which boxes to list in data.containers. The four headline counts (total_active, exceptions, arriving_this_week, demurrage_risk_usd) always cover the whole active fleet and are NOT narrowed by this filter — only the container list is. exceptions = status in customs_hold / rolled / delayed / at_transshipment; arriving_soon = an ETA inside the next 7 days; demurrage_risk = boxes with live demurrage exposure. Anything unrecognised behaves as all.
