Queue a `ping` delivery to verify wiring and signature

Queues a delivery with event type ping and a body of { type: "ping", occurred_at, data: { message } } so you can confirm your endpoint is reachable and your signature check is correct before any real shipment event arrives. The response returns as soon as the delivery is QUEUED, not when it lands: read the outcome from recent_deliveries on GET /v1/webhooks/{id}. ping is not a subscribable event type and does not need to be in event_types.
