Update an endpoint's url, events, description or active flag

Partial update. An invalid or non-public HTTPS url fails with HTTP 400. event_types is filtered against the supported list exactly as on create; read the response back to confirm what was stored. Setting active: true also resets failure_count to 0, which is how you re-enable an endpoint we auto-disabled after repeated delivery failures.
