Waitlist
Start the download-openhuman task
Records the intent to download and moves the task to pending. It awards no points — awarded is always false here. The reward is granted only once the desktop app actually opens and calls POST /waitlist/tasks/download/confirm, so the client should show a waiting state rather than a checkmark. Returns downloadUrl (the tracked hop to navigate to) and deepLinkUrl (what that hop tries first, for a client that wants to skip the interstitial).
