Tracked download hop — open the app, or fall back to the download

Serves a small interstitial that first tries the openhuman:// deep link and, if nothing takes over within roughly 1.3s, redirects to the platform download. Existing users land in the app; new users land on the installer. Records the click and the detected platform, but awards no points — the reward is granted only by POST /waitlist/tasks/download/confirm, once the app actually opens. Returns HTML, not JSON — it is opened in a browser tab, not called by an API client.
