Join the tokenmaxxxing waitlist

Registers an email and returns its waitlist snapshot plus a waitlistToken. Idempotent by email — re-joining with an address already on the list returns that entry (with alreadyJoined: true) and a fresh token, which is also how a returning visitor restores their place on a new device. Referral attribution is write-once at creation; an unknown ref is ignored rather than rejected.
